Public Private Partnership Agreement

On July 30, 2008, an agreement was entered into with NORTHWESTCONNECT (a consortium of companies headed by Bilfinger Berger BOT Inc.) for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of Anthony Henday Drive from Highway 16 in the west to Manning Drive in the east.  This portion is 21 kilometres long with 27 bridge structures. This roadway was opened to traffic on November 1, 2011.  Maintenance of this portion will be handled by NORTHWESTCONNECT until 2041. For maintenance issues, please call 866-364-7339.
