Basic Capital Grant

Applies to Cities (Excluding Calgary and Edmonton) and the Urban Service Areas of Sherwood Park and Wood Buffalo.
Provides financial assistance for transportation capital projects.
This annual per capita allocation is based on the previous year's official population.
