Cities Special Transportation Grant (CSTG)

Applies to Cities (Excluding Calgary and Edmonton) and the Urban Service Areas of Sherwood Park and Wood Buffalo.
Provides financial assistance for high priority transportation capital projects within cities where the project costs would be beyond the city's funding ability under other transportation grant programs.

The Supplementary Special Transportation Grant (SSTG) terminated March 31, 2003.
Projects currently committed under the SSTG are being completed, however, no new projects may be accepted under this program.
