Service Road Agreement and Caveat

To help speed the process for the creation of Service Road Agreements and Caveats, Alberta Transportation require the following information be forwarded electronically to Adrienne.Kisko@gov.ab.ca: a copy of survey plan (as a PDF), the Subdivision Authority Approval Letter, copy of a Service Road Agreement and one Caveat.

Once these documents are received they will be verified to be correct. If everything is okay, an e-mail will be sent to advise that the Service Road Agreements can be executed and forwarded to:

The documents will be signed, sealed and returned to the Alberta Land Surveyor or lawyer for execution on behalf of the Crown at Land Title Office.

To ensure these documents meet the requirements of the Land Title Office it is recommended they be prepared by an Alberta Land Surveyor or lawyer.
