Minister of Transportation Luke Ouellette introduces Premier Ed Stelmach to officially launch the start of construction on the Northwest Anthony Henday Drive along with City of St. Albert Mayor Nolan Crouse, Sturgeon County Mayor Donald Rigney, City of Edmonton Councillor Ron Hayter on behalf of Mayor Mandel, President of Bilfinger Berger Projects Investements Inc. John McArthur, and Capital Region MLAs and municipal councillors.
