Tender Opportunities

The Department advertises all public tenders nationally in accordance with the Agreement on Internal Trade.  Notices are published on the Government of Alberta’s procurement website “Alberta Purchasing Connection” APC.

Tender Documents can be purchased in hard-copy from one of five Department tender distribution offices located in Lethbridge, Calgary, Red Deer, Edmonton and Peace River.  Alternatively, tender documents may be downloaded electronically through the Alberta Construction Association’s COOLNet website located; or the Edmonton Construction Association’s website.

Please Note:  As of January 1st, 2009 the Department will no longer publish a listing of both past construction tenders and active construction tenders (including the bidders' list and awards information). All information can be found on the Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC) website.

The Department has published its Three Year Construction Program.
